Risk Warning

Prices move, and you can lose money

Crypto assets can lose a large part of their value in a very short time, and some lose all of it. Do not put in money you cannot afford to lose. Nothing in Tesor is investment advice.

Transfers cannot be undone

A transfer on a blockchain is final. If you send to the wrong address or over the wrong network, the funds are usually gone. A transfer between Tesor accounts is final too. Check the recipient and the amount before you confirm.

We hold your crypto

Tesor is a custodial service operated by Newads Technology Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong under company number 78542896, with its registered office at Flat/Rm A, 12/F, ZJ 300, 300 Lockhart Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. Your assets are held in wallets we control. Tesor is not a bank, your balance is not a bank deposit, and it is not covered by a deposit protection or compensation scheme. If we were hacked or became insolvent, you could lose some or all of what we hold for you.

Stablecoins can lose their peg

USTT and other stablecoins are designed to keep a steady value, but that is not guaranteed. A stablecoin can trade below the value it is meant to hold.

Earn is not a savings account

The rate in Earn changes and can fall; it is never guaranteed. Your assets are placed in a third-party lending pool. A pool can run short of liquidity and delay a withdrawal, and the smart contracts it runs on can fail.

Other companies and networks are involved

Purchases with a card or bank transfer are handled by payment providers. Deposits and withdrawals depend on public blockchains. If one of them stops working, part of Tesor may be unavailable for a time.

Rules differ from country to country

Tesor may not be available, licensed or supervised where you live, and the protections you are used to from banks may not apply. Laws on crypto change. You are responsible for following the rules of your own country, including tax. Tesor is not licensed or supervised by a financial regulator.

Scams

Nobody from Tesor will ever ask for your PIN. Anyone who does is not us, whatever the message looks like. Report them to support@tesor.tech.
